Greetings, friends and members!
2025 kicks off the 40th anniversary year of our organization and while we’re still advocating for the protection and improvement of parks and trails throughout Ramsey County, we are focusing more energy on getting folks out into the parks to better enjoy and appreciate these incredible resources! We are partnering with other community groups to co-sponsor events in parks every month until June 2026. Watch for announcements of these events. In 2026 we are energized to inform our members and the public about updates to the much needed Bronze Line (formerly Purple Line) Bus Rapid Transit route and it’s impact on the Bruce Vento Trail; partner with Human Nature to continue improving the urban tree canopy in Frogtown and adjacent neighborhoods; and promote and assist with Arcade Street’s newly-planned boulevard pollinator gardens south of Lake Phalen!
